Well over the past few weeks I've really made some progress on the Bus. Got the gas tank removed, cleaned out, and sealed. I'll finish up reinstalling that later today. The Friday night engine rebuilding sessions that Josh has held at his home have been highly informative and beneficial. Last Friday the long block was successfully completed (cylinder heads from RIS look great) and we mocked up some engine tin at the end of the night to actually see the project coming to an end. Last night the heater boxes, the majority of the engine tin, generator, fan, intake manifolds, and other miscellaneous small items were installed. I still have to get a few things but next Friday we're looking at installing the dual Webers that I purchased through CB and hopefully firing it up.
My first glimpse of the beast.

POR 15 Tank Sealer <---this stuff works great.
I love the fact that under the contents area it says "contents partially unknown". You know you're working with strong stuff when it says something like that
