Just rust and mechanical repair. The paint seems to be original velvet green so the repairs will be blended to match.

Nice OG rocker. :D I can only speculate as to what happened to the bus that was able to offer that as a donor piece. :lol:

Thanks Sean. I was happy as hell to find it. The 76/77 donor bus was cut up ~15yrs ago in AZ. This is going to save me a ton of money on new metal. Plus it will save Dave countless hours of trying to put ill fitting new inner rocker, slider track, outer lower rocker, and B pillars together.

Even though that master is new in the box pull it apart, clean, hone and make sure the rubbers are good.
