Stopped out Sunday to check on progress. David has completed what We considered the first phase. We went over some other areas of concern and It will be staying another week or so getting worked on the front lower half. Here is the rockers ready for paint..... Dog legs and cab floor is next.

Since David was working on his Goon today I started preparation for him to weld the dog legs and side steps. Only had to drill one bolt . Anyway It's about ready and I'm taking all the wheels off tomorrow to get ready for the brakes ( probably all new parts ) We shall see.

Keep at it Pat. Looking good. You may want to check out the bed coating on this single out in SD California owned by Pyroman on the SV2 site. It's on page 11 about half way down with more pics on page 12 of the thread. Here it is

That seams like a nice little project Sean, I didn't read through all the jibber jabber, but it seams like a store bought bed liner. Probably have it blasted and then paint that stuff on there. Don't know if I would do the sides of the gates either.

Great job!! work in progress buses ... keep us going! Pyroman does crazy stuff, I must say most of it works! His camper rocks, pulls a trailer ... up hill ,... accelerating ....picking up speed .. now that's funny !!! however I will not put a 2300+? or whatever it is, in my bus. I will just draft off yours
I thought about doing that to my SC!

Thats the goal

Im trying to get all the BS stuff out of the way to max out the time you have . Most of the replacement metal is good . There is two parts that I had that had small pieces cut of . Its flat parts that are missing . Im going to try to find time to start removing some of the metal without getting carried away or creating new work . Also I am going to wire wheel around the exhisting metal that is getting welded to . Never really did this type of work , but Im hands on .I'll show some pics after the weekend work .
