Nice Brandon it looks awesome. Big improvement since the last time I saw it. Are you going to the November meeting. If so would love to see some more pics.

Worked all day Saturday on this top and still didn't get it done all the way. I ended up pulling the sides too tight and ended up with excess fabric towards the back. To correct that I will need to take out some of the screws from both sides and pull the fabric back a bit. A special thanks to Kyle and Bill for allowing me to use their shops to complete this project. Also a special thanks to Dan for replacing the numerous seals on my Bus. I will hopefully be finishing up tomorrow with the top so I can get it home to put in the panels and new floor and then reassemble the interior.

Is it spring yet? I'm going stir crazy not being able to drive any of these VW's. Anyways, a few Fridays ago Josh assisted me..(wait maybe I was the one assisting him) by yanking the motor out of my Bus and getting it over to his house for a REBUILD!! Last night we successfully tore down the engine to see what we're dealing with. From the looks of it, it has already been rebuilt a while back (with some crappy parts too, GEX heads :( ). But with a little hard work, we'll have it back to it's former glory.

Josh and I keep plugging along with my engine rebuild. Now I'm just waiting on heads from Rich Sedoris and I still need to purchase carbs, fuel pump, distributor, clutch, etc, etc.

Throughout the week I've been slowly getting all of the engine tin cleaned up and painted.

I see you tested the Budweiser as well. Very thorough! ;)
