Doesn't look like much got done, but the front side cargo door was in a previous accident so the frame was all twisted, reveals were wonky and the spread on the bottom hinge was probably a full 30*'with door closed.
Most of the time was spent straightening, banging, bending, massaging, and more banging.
It's not perfect, but it's as good as it's like to get. Should be able to get the skin fitted on tomorrow, and welded up sometime next week.
Ignore the dog leg. It's a thin lip the PO hacked in. It is just setting loosely now.

Hey that's the only job I ever had that I had to acualy fire and rehire myself 4 times a year for the past 12 years.....I'm currently fired but I kept the company bus...
