White Star Quarry

Has anyone ever camped here? I used to dive the Quarry. Nice place.

Got up to check this place out this week end. The quarry is pretty cool. Big beach at one end
lots of diving activity on the other end. Very hot (mid 90's) very crowded. Here is a pic of the campground. Nothing special and NO shade.

However, a short distance away on RT. 53 a couple miles south of RT.6 is Wolf Creek park campground. No electric but very nice sites and lots of shade.
