Well it’s official, Gunther will be heading out for camping this weekend.

Another good weekend of work done. I was able to get the wheels back on and torqued to spec. All secure there. I finished the electrical, replaced gas lines and got the air cleaner all attached. Don’t forget the accelerator ...

Friday we got the solid axle boots installed. The key is to flip them inside out, boil water and get them nice and warm. With the right screw drivers, only Chuck has these, they go over the top of the flange no problem.

Big day at the shop on Saturday. Transmission will get reinstalled. Bruce was kind enough to offer supervision and support so it should go pretty smooth.
