How did your Bus like that hill going out of downtown? It's a steep one. I too recommend the area and the hike is nice.

My camper is a US conversion Travel Equipment. It has no heat in rear as it was a panel van before conversion.

There was a mudflap screwed here with 3 sheetmetal screws. Is that OEM?

The VW mudflaps on my bus have a bracket that hooks under rear bumper bracket and frame and 2 pieces of metal that clamp the other end of bracket on lip of rear corner. No screws through body.

What made it get that hot? Fan and cooling, timing, or a combination of things?

I saw they had a white and black turbo Beetle. What did you think of this version of the Beetle? Was is quick?

He definitely traded up if he traded it in at Thomas Classics. They sell some nice cars.
