68 Double Cab

Post by Randy »

Just picked this up a couple weeks ago. Traded my 88 panel for it. It was basically road ready except for the engine. I took the engine from the 68 panel I got back from Brad and put in it. It will be licensed today. Will be ordering the rocker panels within the next two weeks. Other than a few asthetics, pretty solid.

Very nice Randy. It's always good to see another DC in the group and on the road :D

I really like that! You have great luck at finding good stuff! All that DC needs is some bullet-hole decals and a 50 cal. machine gun mounted in the bed... tell people that you, "Drove it back from Iraq".

That's not a bad idea. But, I think I will get the rockers fixed and get rid of the numbers and keep it primered up.

If you are going to keep the olive-drab primer color scheme, it might look cool with an "Area 51" logo on it?
