Is that the one behind the "headache rack" at the back hatch? I think I know it. I took mine off to refurbish it. (WHY, I don't know)
And as far as the closet doors, if you happen to have a spare mirror available, let me know.

It apparently goes right at the rear of the roof by the hinges. It's got a curvature to it. From looking at people's photos online it seems to go behind the rack that you speak of, something else I will need to eventually find/make/get shipped to me from California.
I don't see any mirrors on the door. If I come across any in the mitten I'll let you know. I sure as heck don't need one, I scare myself when I shave as it is.
After I get time to have it running right, I may bribe one of you folks with some of dad's wine to come help me figure out how to put everything together inside

Here are some tent photos using a borrowed set of poles from Jonce to check the condition. He told me it's mid 70s.
No holes anywhere in the nylon, a repair in the netting of the front door around 2"x2" and a spot where around 4 of the tiny mesh holes got snagged and made one on one of the windows.

Poles for 66 thru 79 tents are pretty much the same. I was not aware that the tents were ever made of "nylon". everyone I have seen has been cotton duck (canvas). Also the flap at the top of the bus side of the tent looks different unless I am not seeing the rubber extrusion that attaches to the rain rail.

Bill,
Thanks for the pole info. Jonce told me that the tent is made of nylon. When you rub a fingernail on it it sounds somewhat like a zipper, if that makes sense. With the wind starting to pick up so my photos don't show everything.

Installed the SO42 bed and 1972 side cabinet. Still working on getting all the doors on with the shrunk white stripping. Also trying to sort out hinges for all of it.
Put the 1972 sink/icebox in without the tank or other accesories to keep it out of the weather. Also put in a 1972 jumpseat. Installed two front seats, not sure what year they are from. Two toned, grey/white. More rounded and SOFTER than the bad covered tan ones that were in it.
Pulled a hatch lock from Chuck, gas pedal mechanism, other smaller parts.
Pulled most of a powerbox from Keith, a better up top cot, some other random little stuff. AND a poptop canvas for the Amish to use as a template if the price is right
