That's an amazing bus, especially since it has all the cool little accessories!

When Bill references the bowl it would be marked Mauser if original from the 60s.

That is where the Canadian dealers tended to put them. If she is lucky it will not look like it was installed with a butter knife,

Not ALL Mauser bowls were marked... especially some of the 59-60 bowls
but they do have a patina to them.

One of the clues if the bowl is correct is if you have to squeeze the sides to get it to fit into
the hole it lives in.

Thanks Everyone! The reason I was so drawn to the bus is because it had so many of the options and accessories still in place. So-23 is definitely my favorite layout, so I really targeted them when I was looking.

This is funny because I do have to squeeze it to fit. I thought "how odd" that I had to do that. I also thought it was just not original.

I was also told the heater still works. I am not brave enough to try that out though. I know nothing about hem. Just the idea of it burning gas in the cabin makes me nervous. :?

Kirk thanks for the offer on helping out with the canopy. I will certainly take you up on it.

I will post more pictures later.

No less safe than the furnace in your house. Just make sure the fuel hoses are good and nothing has built a nest in the intake and exhaust pipes.

Cool, maybe I will get the courage to take a look at it. No sense letting it just sit there if I can get it working right.

Mike Thanks for the tent instructions. I was looking for something like that to follow.

Here are more photos. No stamp or marking on the sink bowl. It definitely has been used though.
