Back for Kombis on Kelleys is the always popular silent auction.
Bring out your new or gently used VW items, camping equipment, or homemade goodies to donate to the club.
We will auction the treasures off to the highest bidders and have tons of fun while doing it.
All monies collected help the club maintain insurance/website/campouts.

According to our contract with 4H, your registration must be tied to a VW. Each VW requires a complete registration and each person must be tied to a VW vehicle. We appreciate everyone's cooperation.
The Kelleys Island State park is open to the public and camping is available this time of year.

We are less then 2 weeks out from our big event and here's some of the stuff planned to make this a great time for everyone!
Below is a loose agenda for this weekend. We will post this in the mess hall and provide updates as they occur.
If you ordered shirts, let us know at check in we will give you your package.
FRIDAY
12 PM Check In is OPEN
12 - 7 PM: Silent Auction is OPEN. Bring your donated items to the mess hall, place it on the tables and fill out your forms for each item donated.
12 - 9 PM Hot Dogs are rolling in the mess hall. Take one off the roller put one on to replenish. Hot dogs will be provided while supplies last.
1 PM the keg will be tapped and located in the mess hall.
SATURDAY
7:30 AM Coffee - Mess Hall (bring your mug)
8 AM Breakfast 1 - you will pick your time when you check in
9 AM Breakfast 2
Mid Day time (TBD) - Kids stuff, mid field or mess hall. Weather Permitting.
12 - 9 PM Hot Dogs are rolling in the mess hall. Take one off the roller put one on to replenish. Hot dogs will be provided while supplies last.
6 - 7 PM Trick or Treat Kids bring your costumes, go bus to bus and collect some goodies.

Thank you to everyone who registered for the event. We will not be accepting any more registrations. We have an amazing turnout once again.
For the few newbies joining this year, please feel free to reach out; ask questions. You can post last minute questions here or ask your neighbor on the island. Most of our campers are regulars and have been coming to this event for many years. We are all very helpful and will give you guidance as needed. Don't be shy, mingle introduce yourself, make friends and most importantly have FUN!
We are really excited and looking forward to a fun and safe weekend.

That's a Wrap! Another great Kombis on Kelleys event is in the books.
As always thank you to all of you who come out and make this event so amazing. It's such a joy to have so many different types of people; young and old. The families with kids, young couples, groups of friends and individuals all coming together and really enjoying a great weekend on the island. Let's not forget the amazing variety of buses too. Camp set ups of all kinds, simple to full blown buildouts (wedding tents). It is this variety of people and buses that make this event so wonderful.
Also want to give a HUGE shout out to our volunteers. We have a few key personnel who really chip in, donate their time and hard work to bring everything together as smoothly as possible. I can't name them all but a few mentions are: Matt Keith who brings and helps pay for the keg every year. Brandon Antz who transports the hot dog machine and donates to the goodie bags. Craig Stephens owner of Imprint Logo, donating the tote bags and funnels for the goodies bags. Phyllis Levine and Coco Young taking care of the store. Joe and Jackie helping out with the prep and keeping the hot dog station organized. The Young family for their generous donations and help in the mess hall. Chuck providing his infinite wisdom and last but most importantly, Kirk Berhent with running the silent auction, keeping the peace and helping keep things organized.
I see a lot of people posting up photos in our Facebook page which is great. To be able to archive and have search capabilities, please share some of your photos here on the forum. We like to have this as our place to keep all records for future reference and general browsing.
