Earlyish Bay

I really don’t know what you call a bus that’s not really an early bay or a late bay. It’s a 73 - an early 73 not a 72!!!!

Nice run down to Ashland KY to do a deal with the master flipper Randy to bring back this Texas Westy.

The best part - it’s all there - all the cabinets and not hippied up.

Motor needs reworked not sure if the type 4 will be put in it or an upright. Next winter project … more to come

Looks like a good project. Roll up the sleeves and get to it.

I decided to pass this bay torch to Kory - “ Kirk’s boy” He can create an account and continue this build. It’s a great bus which will be perfect for him to create lots of memories…

What a turdwagon... worst of all the Westfalia products, all the stigma of a bay with none of the late bay Westi features... awesome purchase! Yes Brandon I'm bitter....

Yeah, it's fine now that you offed it to a young noob that didn't pay attention to his father's VW's when he was growing up... no point to ever own an early bay westi, Cory will be fine...
